Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to understand clients' mental health challenges, strengths, and available resources, setting a foundation for effective treatment.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions employing evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, or trauma-focused therapy.

• Develop and implement comprehensive, personalized treatment plans, establishing clear therapeutic goals and actionable interventions tailored to each client.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and multidisciplinary team members to ensure a cohesive approach to client care.

• Facilitate crisis intervention and conduct risk assessments and safety planning as necessary, ensuring client safety at all times.

• Maintain accurate, timely, and detailed documentation in accordance with ethical and legal standards to support treatment efficacy and compliance.

• Lead group therapy sessions, psychoeducational classes, and support groups to enhance the therapeutic experience and provide additional avenues for healing.

Qualifications\n
