Here, you will collaborate closely with fellow healthcare professionals, including occupational therapists and administrative staff, fostering a multidisciplinary approach to patient care. Our clinic's infrastructure includes modern treatment rooms, cutting-edge rehabilitation equipment, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere that promotes healing and comfort.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct thorough assessments of patients to identify their functional limitations and rehabilitation goals.Develop and implement tailored treatment plans aimed at promoting mobility, reducing pain, and enhancing overall physical function.Lead patients through therapeutic exercises and mobility training sessions, ensuring proper technique to maximize recovery outcomes.Utilize advanced manual therapy techniques, such as joint mobilization and soft tissue manipulation, to alleviate pain and improve patient movement.Continuously monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment strategies as necessary based on individual responses.Educate patients and their families on treatment protocols, self-management techniques, and home exercise programs for optimal recovery.Patient Population / Client FocusThis role primarily involves working with adult patients recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, and chronic musculoskeletal conditions. You will provide specialized care for individuals seeking rehabilitation to regain strength, function, and independence. Your expertise will be vital in helping each patient navigate their unique recovery challenges.QualificationsA Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution is required, while a Master's or Doctorate degree is highly preferred.Active Physical Therapist license in New Jersey.At least 2 years of clinical experience in an outpatient orthopedic setting.Proficiency in manual therapy techniques and evidence-based practices.Ability to navigate Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems effectively, with familiarity in platforms like WebPT being beneficial.Preferred ExperienceExperience working with diverse patient demographics, including seniors and athletes.Background in developing community outreach programs to promote physical health.Certification in specialized techniques such as Dry Needling or McKenzie Method is a plus.Compensation and BenefitsThe compensation package for this position is competitive, with an annual salary ranging from $100,000 to $120,000 based on experience and qualifications.
