Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients’ psychological and emotional needs using interviews and behavioral observations.

• Integrate diverse social, medical, and psychological information to create individualized treatment plans that address each patient’s unique challenges.

• Establish achievable short-term and long-term treatment goals, actively encouraging patients to discuss and evaluate their feelings and behaviors.

• Design, implement, and monitor tailored psychotherapy programs, particularly for those dealing with acute and chronic pain issues.

• Provide treatments for a range of mental health issues including anxiety, depression, grief, addiction, and interpersonal conflicts.

• Maintain precise, up-to-date documentation of all clinical services utilized, including initial evaluations, progress reports, and discharge summaries.

• Consult with other healthcare professionals to identify psychosocial issues and incorporate comprehensive care strategies.

• Ensure compliance with all relevant federal, state, and local regulations while advising management on necessary legal actions.
