To succeed in this role, the administrative assistant must be proactive, have excellent organizational skills, be detail oriented and have the ability and confidence to interact with all levels of the organization under minimal supervision.

Position Highlights

  • Provide a broad variety of administrative and staff support services
  • Compose correspondence and other documentation as needed
  • Frequently use personal computer software packages for word processing, graphics, spread sheets, etc.
  • Manage calendars, adapting to changing priorities and coordinating meetings with owner
  • Build and maintain effective working relationships within the team and across the organization.
