Senior Manager, OneHUB Transformation

AbbVie seeks a Senior Manager to lead transformation workstreams within OneHUB, translating strategic direction into systems implementations, process redesigns, and operating model changes. The role drives cross-functional collaboration and reports on delivery progress to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Translate strategic direction into workplans, deliverables, and next steps for transformation initiatives
• Lead workstream progress from planning through implementation and drive structured problem solving
• Conduct research and analysis to inform decisions and identify execution risks early
• Operationalize operating model decisions into concrete process, system, and organizational changes
• Partner with Change Management, PMO, Operations, and functional leads to ensure effective adoption and sequencing

Requirements

• 10+ years in transformation delivery, systems implementation, process redesign, or management consulting
• Demonstrated success leading complex, cross-functional implementations with measurable operational impact
• Strong process design and systems thinking with hands-on SOP, playbook, and transition plan development
• Ability to influence and align senior cross-functional stakeholders across business, operations, and technology
• Excellent project management, organizational planning, and verbal and written communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, information technology, engineering, or operations management
• Master's degree or MBA preferred
