Chemistry Professor for AI Model Training [Remote]

Contribute your academic expertise and subject mastery as a Chemistry Professor/Researcher, playing a pivotal role in shaping next-generation AI systems. This position allows you to apply your extensive knowledge in chemistry to train AI models, ensuring they learn, reason, and perform effectively through high-quality, real-world input. Key Responsibilities

• Design, review, and refine chemistry content, questions, and real-world scenarios for AI training and evaluation purposes.
• Assess and provide feedback on the accuracy, relevance, and clarity of complex chemistry materials and solutions.
• Contribute to the development of datasets by curating and annotating chemistry-related texts and problems.
• Utilize pedagogical experience to ensure teaching materials are instructive and accessible for a range of learners.
• Research and identify emerging trends or gaps in chemical education that can inform AI model improvement.
• Participate in collaborative discussions, providing both written and verbal feedback to advance project goals.

• PhD in Chemistry or near completion of a doctoral degree in Chemistry (ABD candidates considered).
• Proven record of teaching at the undergraduate or graduate level, with the ability to communicate chemistry concepts clearly.
• Demonstrated experience in chemical research and scholarly publication.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; demonstrated attention to detail in academic contexts.
• Familiarity with current pedagogical strategies and curriculum design in chemistry education.
• Experience collaborating with interdisciplinary teams or contributing to educational projects.
• Ability to work independently, manage assignments efficiently, and deliver high-quality results remotely.

Contractor position, fully remote.

Hourly rate of $70 - $90.

Open to candidates with a PhD in Chemistry or those nearing completion of their doctoral degree.
