Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and comprehensive evaluations to establish effective treatment plans tailored to client needs.

• Provide a wide array of evidence-based therapeutic modalities including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy to individuals, couples, families, and groups.

• Collaborate closely with a team of healthcare professionals, which may include psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers, to deliver holistic care that addresses all aspects of the client's well-being.

• Maintain precise clinical documentation in accordance with ethical standards and legal requirements, ensuring compliance with local and state regulations.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of New Jersey.
