Work Environment\n

This position allows for a flexible work schedule, enabling counselors to work from home while enjoying professional collaboration and support. The traditional work hours are from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, but we offer flexibility to accommodate personal and family needs. With our telehealth facility, you will have the advantage of meeting clients in a comfortable setting that ensures privacy and accessibility.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual therapy sessions with clients via telehealth, actively listening and implementing evidence-based treatment plans tailored to meet each client's mental health needs.

• Support clients in identifying and achieving their mental health goals, utilizing therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or Solution-Focused Therapy.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of professionals, including psychiatrists and case managers, to enhance the quality of client care and ensure comprehensive treatment approaches.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of all therapy sessions and treatment progress in compliance with clinical and ethical standards to uphold transparency and consistency in care.

• Manage a reasonable caseload, ensuring each client receives the attention they deserve while meeting operational deadlines and reporting requirements.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our counselors work with a diverse clientele, including adolescents, adults, and families facing a variety of mental health challenges such as depression, anxiety, trauma, and relationship issues. The focus is on creating individualized treatment plans that respect the unique backgrounds, cultures, and experiences of our clients, ensuring they feel heard and valued throughout their healing journey.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

• An active LCSW, LPC, or LMFT license in the state of Arizona, confirming your qualifications to provide comprehensive mental health services.

• Demonstrated strong clinical skills and experience working with evidence-based therapeutic techniques, showcasing your ability to adapt to different client needs.

• An eagerness to collaborate with team members and commitment to ongoing professional development in the mental health field.

Preferred Experience\n

• At least two years of post-graduate clinical experience with individuals across the lifespan, particularly in a telehealth setting.

• Experience in cognitive-behavioral interventions and other therapeutic modalities preferred, along with a strong understanding of contemporary mental health issues.
