Our company is looking for a Operations Assistant to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and assist with professional projects;
  • Perform administrative duties on a daily basis; tasks vary;
  • Update internal procedure documents;
  • Provide administrative support to the General Manager;
  • Suport the General Manager in managing and resolving operational issues;
  • Coordinate with the General Manager to schedule team meetings and to provide follow-ups;
  • Manage, store, and retrieve corporate documents and reports.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must have experience in a manufacturing environment running equipment used in manufacturing processes;
  • Bilingual Spanish is helpful;
  • Basic photography experience;
  • No jewelry background is required, but luxury or diamond experience is preferred;
  • Highly proficient with Gmail and Google Apps;
  • Some college or Bachelor’s Degree required (or GIA);
  • Experience with business and financial procedures;
  • Understanding of organizational effectiveness and operations management;
  • Self-motivated team player with very strong work ethic and an open-minded, cooperative attitude;
  • Knowledge of Zoho Suite of applications a huge plus or the ability to get up to speed quickly;
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills;
  • 10+ years of experience with a High School Diploma (College Degree a plus but not required);
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills;
  • Able to type at least 60wpm;
  • Strong communication and organizational skills with ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization.
