Our company is looking for a Technical Operations Engineer to join our team.

  • This role will require travel to our stateside customer and partner base;
  • Travel to the UK Office on a regular basis for Training on new and existing product developments;
  • Become the ‘Go To’ Person for our expanding partner base;
  • To become a super-user of the full IPV Curator product suite and be comfortable demonstrating the capabilities of the solution;
  • Owning and resolving technical issues raised by IPV customers and IPV Partners,

Requirements:

  • Excels in a fast-paced, community environment;
  • Strong verbal, analytical, organisational, writing and presentation skills;
  • Working knowledge of Final Cut Pro, Premiere Pro, Avid and After Effects would be an advantage;
  • A proven ability to work well under pressure; collaborative and communicative throughout project life cycle;
  • System admin experience with AD;
  • Knowledge of Broadcast Video, Audio and Closed Captioning formats would be an advantage;
  • Knowledge of HTML, VB.Net and CSS;
  • Experience of file-based broadcast systems and workflows would be a distinct advantage;
  • Proven experience in Microsoft Server and Client operating systems, Office 365, LAN Hardware and TCP/IP protocols;
  • A strong interest in digital video and audio process is a distinct advantage;
  • Strong familiarity with Window & MAC OS operating systems;
  • Proven experience in a SQL Database role is essential;
  • The ability to form strong relationships with customers and partners.
