Our company is looking for a Alliance Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Experience with evaluation of proposed projects and new opportunities, including scientific, financial, technical, legal, and operational aspects;
  • Comfort with biology technologies and jargon;
  • Demonstrated excellent customer service skills both on the phone and in person;
  • Ability to lead and manage complex, multi-institutional projects through to completion;
  • Proficiency with computers and Microsoft applications (Excel, Outlook, Access, Word, PowerPoint);
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks at one time;
  • Must possess energy and drive to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously;
  • Typing 60wpm;
  • Knowledge of medical and life sciences research, including publication and funding of research;
  • Research experience in the clinical or basic life sciences, including authorship on at least five publications;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team while being collaborative in resolving problems;
  • 3 years of experience in program management or relationship management, ideally in an industry setting; managing or coordinating large-scale projects;
  • Excellent communication, analytical and organizational skills: both written and verbal;
  • Ability to manage high volume information flow of scientific collaborations in a very organized and timely manner;
  • PhD in life sciences or related field.
