Digital Account Coordinator Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Digital Account Coordinator to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate program updates to dealers;
- Manage a multitude of tasks in a timely fashion;
- Own and manage dealer enrollment process and program activation status via SalesForce;
- Monitor project status and open issues and be expected to communicate status with client as requested;
- Some travel within market to support program initiatives, program launch events and travel to the client and their regional offices;
- Optimize automotive dealership websites for the consumer experience;
- Access dealer website CMS (content management system) to implement requests;
- Provide support in creating communication materials include marketing, training, and reporting for the program;
- Support Program Managers on key projects and contractual deliverables. Over time, will own projects from beginning to final delivery to client;
- Facilitate QA process for digital program, with the longer-term goal of leading QA activities on program solutions to be delivered to the client;
- Work with dealer support team for important communication initiatives and help with issue resolution;
- Build and maintain relationships with a dedicated group of 40-50 automotive dealerships;
- Collaborate with third party provider support teams for advanced requests;
- Work effectively within the client team to identify new product or data opportunities to improve the value of the program;
- Build creative assets in Photoshop and Illustrator for placement on dealer websites.
Requirements:
- Automotive experience preferred;
- Project and/or account management skills;
- Candidates will be required to complete an Excel skills test;
- Ability to provide valuable feedback and recommendations to client as requested, and to adopt key decision-making skills;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills necessary to promote a collaborative team environment and add value to the client relationship;
- Digital Marketing and/or Digital Analytics experience;
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize responsibilities;
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated and critical thinking;
- Understanding of the digital space, associated analytics, and delivery of technology solutions is highly desired;
- At least two years of professional work experience in Digital Marketing or related field;
- Must have a college degree;
- Entrepreneurial spirit with strong leadership skills;
- Ability to adapt to time-sensitive or ad-hoc projects;
- Desire to own success of projects.
