Our company is looking for a Director Of Sales And Business Development to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate initiative and creativity in developing tailored solutions that meet the needs of YourMechanic partners;
  • Create results driven plan with focus on revenue generating prospecting activity;
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with our operations, product, and growth teams to improve the quality of our value proposition;
  • Proactive management and ownership of the end-to-end sales cycle;
  • Develop impactful sales, marketing, PR and technology integration programs with partners that move the needle;
  • Negotiate contracts, statements of work, pricing contracts and development agreements;
  • Manage and lead our Technical Sales organization responsible for outbound outreach and inbound channel coverage;
  • Develop partnership and business development strategy based on research, expertise and understanding of OnLogic’s strategy and goals;
  • Foster and grow relationships rapidly throughout all levels of the customer organization;
  • Possess experience in selling technology and value-based solutions across all levels of semiconductor and systems companies;
  • Lead our initial customer contact organization to identify, qualify and escalate new leads for the organization;
  • Use your excellent knowledge and experience in utilizing CRM and best practices;
  • You ensure the team’s accountability to goal setting and hitting goals. You provide performance evaluations with an eye to improve team member output;
  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop a comprehensive strategic plan for driving new business;
  • Collaborate with the customer/prospect’s business leaders, system architects, hardware engineers, software engineers, and purchasing to grow revenue.

Requirements:

  • Able to travel up to 25%
  • Enjoys selling and mentoring sales reps;
  • Excellent interpersonal and prioritization skills with keen analytic and quantitative skills;
  • Experiencing implementing business development initiatives;
  • Experience managing a sales team of 12+
  • Window Film or Construction Management Experience;
  • Enjoy’s Wowing the Customer;
  • Proven ability to roll up your sleeves and directly execute against rapid, lasting growth goals;
  • Prior automotive fleet & commercial sales managerial experience strongly preferred;
  • Business Development;
  • Degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering, an MBA (or relevant work experience);
  • Demonstrated expertise across all aspects of business development, marketing, relationship management, and sales;
  • An ability to exceed expectations, find solutions and deliver results within a rapidly changing, entrepreneurial, technology-driven culture;
  • 10+ years of relevant experience within semiconductor and IP sales;
  • 10+ years of experience in direct sales with at least five of those in an IT consulting organization, or comparable field.
