Requirements:
- Intermediate Microsoft Office software skills, knowledge of Salesforce a plus;
- Bachelor’s degree preferred;
- 2-5 years of previous supervisory experience preferred;
- Ability to pass a pre-employment and random drug and alcohol screenings;
- Practical knowledge of engineering methods and techniques with the ability to read and interpret engineering and design plans and specifications;
- Excellent customer service;
- Bachelors’ degree from an accredited college/university in an engineering/scientific discipline or equivalent relevant experience is preferred;
- Ability to pass ENERCON and client specific background checks and an annual motor vehicle record (MVR) according to company and client policies;
- Strong interpersonal skills;
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs;
- Minimum of 10 years professional experience with 5+ years of Distribution leadership experience in the Power Delivery industry;
- Ability to multi-task and organize projects as well as a team;
