Our company is looking for a Key Account Specialist to join our team.


  • Drive team building and motivating;
  • Process and coordinate all Apple and other dedicated client distributions;
  • Ensure that all inquiries receive responses accurately and timely;
  • Process and coordinate shipments on all static and non-static routes via phone or email;
  • Identify and escalate service issues and/or customer complaints in a timely manner;
  • Lead solution development efforts that best address customer needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company personnel;
  • Ensures that all Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) are followed;
  • Process and coordinate shipments of perishables that require perishable handling;
  • Identify improvements for dedicated client distributions;
  • Determine routing of shipments by reviewing shipment options including flight availability and hours of operation for airlines;
  • Review and/or create invoices and packing lists accurately;
  • Update or redirect shipments as requested by clients including providing updated delivery commitments;
  • Conduct follow up on billing confirmations and update notes in TMS with confirmation;
  • Carefully prioritize tasks for completion based on urgency and impact factor;
  • Provide timely and accurate updates to clients.


  • Proficiency with MS Office, Windows OS, email, and Internet usage/research;
  • Flexibility in shift/schedule;
  • Ability to work efficiently while managing multiple projects/tasks/systems simultaneously;
  • Minimum 5 years of work experience in the logistics/courier industry;
  • Knowledge of Special Projects work preferred (carnets, OBCs, charters, etc.);
  • Minimum 5 years of work experience in customer service;
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred;
  • Previous expedited airfreight, import, and export experience preferred;
  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills; excellent presentation skills.
