Quality Operations Manager Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Quality Operations Manager to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Set up test procedure and quality criteria;
- Approve new equipment IQ, OQ, PQ;
- Manage CAPA and Root Cause analysis;
- Set up and monitor metrics for Quality Control;
- Manage department including hiring, training, reviews and managing department budget.
Requirements:
- SAP experience preferred;
- 3 years Quality/Manufacturing/Operations experience is preferred;
- In absence of a degree, 9 years of relevant experience is required;
- 2 years Management experience is preferred;
- Medical Device experience;
- FDA and ISO 13485 experience;
- BS Degree;
- Understanding of Statistical Process Control (SPC);
- Experience with medical device manufacturing;
- People Management experience;
- CQE or CMQ/OE certificaiton a plus.
