Our company is looking for a Senior Proposal Coordinator to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Facilitating proposal team communications and providing an interface between proposal authors and graphics, editors, vendors, etc;
  • Briefing company management on proposals and proposal status;
  • Preparing detailed delivery plans and checklists and coordinating final printing, electronic copy, assembly, and shipping;
  • Analyzing RFPs to determine compliant response structure;
  • Coordinating review activities with the Review Team Lead, preparing all proposal materials for reviews, and participating in fact-finding meetings.

Requirements:

  • Strong writing, editing and communication capabilities;
  • Ability to work under deadlines;
  • Mastery of Microsoft Word and strong understanding of other Microsoft Office tools;
  • Experience with design-build and/or P3 proposals is desired;
  • 6+ years of RFP response and proposal development experience (or equivalent) is required;
  • Filing Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requests and researching potential clients, partners, subcontractors, designers, and competitors;
  • Exceptional organization and attention to detail;
  • Experience understanding and working with Primavera P6 schedules is preferred;
  • 5+ years of experience with RFP, RFQ, and RFI responses for A/E/C industry;
  • Excellent writing and editing skills;
  • Develop initial writing outlines for each proposal section structured to be compliant with the owner’s requirements and evaluation criteria;
  • Active member of Society for Marketing Professional Services (SMPS) and/or Association of Proposal Management Professional (APMP) is a plus;
  • Occasional travel;
  • Maintaining and updating the Corporation Experience Database, marketing service and Proposal Archive SharePoint site;
  • Experience with social media, website maintenance, and email marketing campaigns.
