Our company is looking for a Senior Strategic Account Executive to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Understand customer business objectives and ensure ChannelAdvisor is viewed as a strategic partner to help meet their goals;
  • Manage the Sales Process including: Build funnel – effective hunter, keen on running creative lead campaigns;
  • Coordinate internal resources and play quarterback in your accounts to meet customer needs and represent the customer’s voice in product decisions;
  • Work with all Well Data Labs teams (Sales, Customer Success, Support, and Product) to create strategies for target accounts;
  • Define and execute strategic targeted sales campaigns in specific regions and sectors of the upstream oil and gas industry;
  • Develop and deliver effective sales strategies to seal the deal on large oil and gas accounts;
  • Qualify leads – are our solutions a good fit, and is there budget?
  • Communicate effectively and coordinate cross functional teams to ensure customer success;
  • Analyze and prepare accurate business forecasts;
  • Develop multi-threaded relationships maps solutions and services to business problems;
  • Identify decision makers understands and builds value around pressing business issues;
  • Develop, cultivate and maintain high-value relationships with key stakeholders to grow revenue;
  • Work with WDL customers to define goals and KPI’s in order to achieve business objectives;
  • Close – negotiate contractual and financial terms Ensure ongoing customer satisfaction during presales and post sales engagements;
  • Analyze customer requirements, develop solutions to complex problems, and communicate and inspire a vision for the business to customers and prospects.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience using Salesforce;
  • 6 years + of related business and sales management experience;
  • Maintain and update knowledge on all new technology in business and participate in various professional meetings for same;
  • History of selling to C-level decision makers;
  • Success closing +$1 million and multi-year deals;
  • Executive Presence;
  • Bonus points – Experience in selling machine learning tools or have sold to data science teams;
  • Capable of working effectively in a team setting, as well as on your own with minimal supervision;
  • 10 years of experience selling enterprise technology products to large industrial companies;
  • Strong business acumen and analytical abilities;
  • Online marketplace (eBay and Amazon), Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and other online marketing experience;
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline or equivalent;
  • Account and Project management skills; Client and Business plan management proficiency;
  • Available for 50% regular travel to support named accounts;
  • You manage a sales process predictably, can replicate your efforts, but are flexible enough to change processes when needed.
