Our company is looking for a Technical Program Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Defines the program governance structure and responsible for the oversight and controls of the program;
  • Lead and support business development activities, including identification, proposal development, and other pursuit activities;
  • Manage the cost, schedule, and scope of the technology roadmap to deliver complex technical products to a cutting-edge customer;
  • Lead the gathering of project requirements and project scope in a holistic manner across multiple business functions and locations;
  • Additionally, the role will develop and implement a roadmap for change management for the technology organization;
  • Communicate project risks, progress, launches and retrospectives across all stakeholders and teams consistently and transparently;
  • SIGNIFICANT WORK ACTIVITIES Continuous sitting for prolonged periods (more than 2 consecutive hours in an 8 hour day);
  • Manage against deliverables (including SOWs, change management, approval of deliverables);
  • LOCATION United States – California – Alameda;
  • Design and lead effective program meetings to communicate status and coordinate efforts;
  • Create and manage various project cost estimates and budgets;
  • Ensures ongoing communication of progress against program objectives;
  • Design, build and maintain the project plan including scope, schedule, budget and managing risk;
  • Assume responsibility and drive ownership for issue resolution;
  • Anticipate problems and complications, and formulate solutions so as not to impede the progress of the project.

Requirements:

  • Consultative, collaboration approach and demeanor;
  • Excellent analytical skills including ability to proactively identify problems, gather information and set course of action;
  • Technical/professional expertise is demonstrated through problem solving, applying professional judgement, and competent performance;
  • Ability to predict challenges and seek to proactively head-off obstacles;
  • Foundry, MEMS, or semiconducting experience;
  • Travel may be up to 80-100%
  • Technical program management experience including both hardware and software;
  • Strong organizational skills;
  • Can effectively influence and communicate cross-functionally with all roles and levels of management;
  • Technology product development experience is helpful;
  • Ability to work autonomously in a highly demanding and often ambiguous environment, with attention to detail and organizational skillsAdvertisement;
