Our company is looking for a Call Center Customer Service to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Experience with Microsoft Office;
  • Document the customer’s negotiation “journey” in the CRM;
  • Research coverage questions and enter claims into the system.

Requirements:

  • Strong computer proficiency in Microsoft Office products;
  • Two years of sales / customer service experience (retail a plus);
  • Able to type with speed and accuracy;
  • Enjoy laughing and not taking the ‘bumps in the road’ too seriously;
  • Able to pass a Drug Screen; ok if you have a Medical Marijuana Card;
  • Willingness to learn new things;
  • Positive, do-what-it-takes attitude;
  • General technical/PC capabilities;

  • High School Diploma or GED;
  • Dependable;
