Our company is looking for a Call Center Customer Service to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Informs customers by explaining procedures; answering questions; providing information;
- Obtains customer information by answering telephone calls; Finding out customers needs;
- Maintains and improves company reputation by showing customers how much you care;
- Provide an exceptional customer experience by delivering better service than was expected – every time;

- Identifying and handle customer phone inquiries completely and accurately;
- Making outbound calls;

Requirements:
- Strong computer proficiency in Microsoft Office products;
- Two years of sales / customer service experience (retail a plus);
- Able to type with speed and accuracy;
- Enjoy laughing and not taking the ‘bumps in the road’ too seriously;
- Able to pass a Drug Screen; ok if you have a Medical Marijuana Card;
- Willingness to learn new things;
- Positive, do-what-it-takes attitude;
- General technical/PC capabilities;

- High School Diploma or GED;
