As an Associate Outpatient Counselor, you will provide therapeutic services to children, youth, adults, and families in an outpatient setting. This role provides supervised clinical experience toward licensure and is ideal for someone seeking hands-on experience, strong supervision, and the opportunity to build confidence in assessment, care coordination, and clinical decision-making.

Provide individual and group therapy using evidence-based approaches

Conduct comprehensive assessments, diagnoses, and treatment planning

Deliver crisis intervention, safety planning, and relapse prevention support

Provide psychoeducation and connect clients with community resources

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and participate in clinical meetings and supervision

Continue developing your clinical skills through ongoing training and education

Marketing, billing, and collections support so you can focus on providing exceptional patient care.

Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field

Experience providing outpatient therapy using evidence-based approaches
