This role is based in our onsite rehabilitation facility, designed to provide a warm, welcoming atmosphere conducive to healing and recovery. Our clinic is equipped with state-of-the-art rehabilitation equipment and a variety of therapeutic tools necessary for effective treatment. Conduct comprehensive initial assessments that include evaluating patients' medical histories, physical conditions, functional limitations, and personal goals to ensure we tailor our approach effectively.

Craft individualized plans of care based on detailed assessment findings that align with each patient's needs and rehabilitation goals.

Guide patients through their treatment journey by clearly explaining the significance of their care plan, enhancing their commitment and involvement in the rehabilitation process.

Implement treatment interventions that include educating patients on therapeutic exercises, employing manual therapy techniques, and recommending progressive exercise regimens designed to facilitate recovery.

Continuously monitor and adjust treatment plans based on patient progress, ensuring that changes are documented thoroughly in compliance with our practice standards.

Maintain accurate and secure patient records that reflect the services provided, uphold the highest standards of patient confidentiality, and support ongoing quality improvement initiatives.

A Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program is required.

Active licensure as a Physical Therapist in the State of California.

Demonstrated proficiency in manual therapy techniques and a strong ability to design and implement exercise regimens for a variety of patient needs.
