Head of Growth Marketing Luxury Travel Technology - Remote
Salary - up to £70,000 base (Potential for more if the right candidate) + 15-20% bonus + options Full-time Target start December 2026

We're a founder-stage company building the intelligent content management and distribution layer for luxury travel. Luxury hotels use our platform to manage and distribute current, elevated content to Travel Advisors at the exact moment they're building proposals or campaigns.

We have paying hotel customers, a seeded-hotel pilot ready to scale, and around 1,500 registered Travel Advisors grown largely through word of mouth. You'll build and scale our commercial engine: create qualified demand, keep the CEO and the growth function supplied with revenue-linked demos, close sales, and turn customer evidence into product priorities. Not a leadership position with a team behind it yet - you'll do the strategy, the HubSpot build, the campaigns, the analysis, the outreach, the demos and the closing yourself, and prove the engine before we hire around it.

Segmenting a universe of roughly 6,000 luxury hotels and running personal, luxury-appropriate outreach that gets them to claim and verify their free profiles

The HubSpot lifecycle from seeded through claimed, verified, sales-qualified, demo held and upgraded - and the weekly judgement calls when something isn't working

Free-to-paid conversion: lifecycle campaigns, upgrade prompts, webinars, case-study outreach and targeted one-to-one follow-up

Building sales-qualified pipeline for yourself and the CEO, with a rolling forward week of qualified, revenue-linked demos

A predominantly automated Travel Advisor registration and onboarding engine, measuring activation rather than sign-ups

Dashboards, lead scoring, attribution and experiment reporting in HubSpot

Feeding commercial evidence back into Product - what's missing, what it's costing us, and what would unlock revenue

Travel Advisor growth averaging 8% a month. Closed-won ARR against a target agreed before you join.

Advanced, hands-on HubSpot - you build the workflows, scoring and dashboards yourself

Commercial confidence: you can run discovery, demo, handle objections and close

The ability to write personal, high-quality outreach suited to a luxury audience

Practical fluency with AI tools for research, personalisation and analysis

Luxury hospitality or travel, premium B2B SaaS or another high-consideration sector; Demo volume alone isn't success here - you carry your own sales target.

That progression is gated to revenue and commercial evidence, not tenure.
