As a full-time onsite role, the Physical Therapist will collaborate closely with a diverse team of healthcare professionals, including occupational therapists, speech therapists, and physicians, ensuring a comprehensive approach to patient care. Implement and monitor treatment protocols tailored to each patient's needs, adapting to their progress and responses to therapy.

Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams, providing insights and modifications to treatment plans based on patient conditions.

Document all patient interactions and therapy sessions meticulously, including initial evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries, to maintain a comprehensive medical record.

Engage in marketing initiatives to promote services, ensuring the community is aware of the quality care offered.

Participate in continuous education and training opportunities to stay current with the latest advancements in physical therapy.

Lead by example in creating an excellent patient experience, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic healthcare environment.

The Physical Therapist will work primarily with patients recovering from surgery, injuries, and chronic pain conditions, with a focus on helping them regain mobility and improve their quality of life. Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy or a related field is required, though candidates with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) are highly preferred.

Current certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers by the American Heart Association.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for helping patients achieve their rehabilitation goals.
