Salary Range: $37.50 To $45.19 Hourly

We specialize in rapid prototyping and production manufacturing, serving customers across a variety of industries. Our capabilities include machining, welding, assembly, painting, silk screening, and fabrication of aluminum, steel, ABS, and polycarbonate materials.

The Human Resources Generalist supports the day-to-day administration of Human Resources programs and serves as a trusted resource for employees and managers. This position is responsible for recruiting, onboarding, benefits administration, HRIS maintenance, employee records, compliance, reporting, and supporting payroll administration while helping ensure compliance with applicable federal, state, and local employment laws.
The HR Generalist partners closely with the Director of Human Resources to support business objectives and promotes positive employee experience.
Talent Acquisition
Coordinate full-cycle recruitment for exempt and non-exempt positions.
Source candidates through online job boards, social media, employee referrals, staffing agencies, and other recruiting resources.
Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Temporary Workforce Administration
Coordinate with staffing agencies regarding temporary staffing needs.
Review and reconcile temporary employee time records.
Assist with temporary employee conversions and assignment completions.
Maintain accurate records related to temporary workforce administration.
Facilitate new hire orientation and onboarding.
Prepare new hire documentation and maintain personnel records.
Maintain HRIS records and employee files in accordance with company policy and applicable record retention requirements.
Payroll Administration
Support payroll processing by entering approved personnel changes, paid time off, and other payroll-related information into the HRIS for weekly and bi-weekly payroll cycle.
Administer employee benefit programs, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, COBRA, and retirement plans.
HR Administration
Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
Prepare recurring HR reports and metrics.
Assist with HR audits and compliance initiatives.
Support the Director of Human Resources with special projects, strategic initiatives and provide administrative support.
Employee Relations and Compliance
Respond to employee questions regarding HR policies, procedures, and programs.
Coordinate employee training and compliance programs.
Maintain working knowledge of applicable federal, California, and local employment laws and assist in ensuring organizational compliance.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, professional certification, and relevant experience.
Minimum of five (5) years of progressively responsible Human Resources experience, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
Experience using HRIS systems; Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Bilingual in English and Spanish.
Professional HR certification (SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR).
