Craft Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess patient needs and create individualized therapy strategies aimed at achieving their functional aspirations
Partner with Interdisciplinary Teams: Collaborate seamlessly with OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nurses to provide thorough, patient-centered care
Guide Patients and Their Families: Educate patients and caregivers on effective therapy modalities to encourage progress outside the clinical setting
Track and Document Progress: Monitor clinical outcomes and modify treatment as necessary to ensure patients remain on the path to recovery
Degree in Occupational Therapy from a recognized educational institution
Ongoing education and post-graduate certifications are welcomed and actively supported
Valid Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license
NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is required
A strong affinity for supporting individuals to achieve their fullest potential through independence
Empathetic communication skills that foster rapport with patients and colleagues
Creative problem-solving abilities to adapt plans for diverse situations
Full-time schedule with adaptable shifts
