Make sure sales team hit their KPIs
Hire sales people
Take on larger clients
Report to the rest of the leadership team
Building sales strategies
Oversee marketing team
Qualifications:

5 years sales management experience minimum
Marketing knowledge required
Social media knowledge required
Service industry experience is a plus
