Key Responsibilities\n As an LMFT, you will:

• Facilitate therapy sessions with both individuals and families, fostering open communication and trust. \Employ evidence-based therapeutic modalities to support clients in achieving their mental health goals. \Engage in regular clinical supervision and team meetings to enhance collaborative treatment modalities and share insights. \Patient Population / Client Focus\n Our diverse clientele includes adults, children, and adolescents facing a variety of mental health issues. Communication barriers within the family unit \n
• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field. \An active and valid state license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT). \Previous work in outpatient settings or community mental health. \Experience utilizing telehealth platforms effectively. \Training in specific therapeutic modalities relevant to family and couples therapy. \Compensation and Benefits\n Wellspring Shift Wellness offers an attractive salary range of USD 75,000 – 100,000 annually, with opportunities for further financial advancement through uncapped earnings potential.
