Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments to understand clients' mental health needs and formulating individualized treatment plans. \Implementing a variety of evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), tailored to the unique requirements of each client. \Engaging in interdisciplinary collaboration with psychiatrists, psychologists, and fellow social workers to deliver coordinated and effective patient care. \Participating in regular case consultations and peer review meetings to improve upon current practices and maintain high-quality care standards. \Providing patients and their families with education and resources related to mental health, coping strategies, and available community support. \Staying informed about the latest developments in the mental health field and integrating new knowledge into therapeutic approaches. \Patient Population / Client Focus\n You will work with a diverse population of individuals facing a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, PTSD, and adjustment disorders. Your ability to empathize and connect with clients from various backgrounds will be crucial in fostering trust and enhancing their therapeutic experience.

A Master’s Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required. \A valid license to practice as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in Washington state is essential. \Preferred Experience\n While not mandatory, experience working in remote settings and familiarity with telehealth platforms will be advantageous.
