HR Recruiting Generalist - REMOTE

Under the direction of the Human Resources Manager, the HR Coordinator will serve as the internal subject matter expert for employee benefits and will provide essential support relating to other non-benefits related HR functions. This role is responsible for overseeing the full lifecycle of benefits programs, including strategic planning, open enrollment, and ongoing administration, and requires the ability to effectively manage both complex systems and core administrative responsibilities in a collaborative environment.
This is an onsite position based in Crystal City, Virginia , with a Monday through Friday schedule and the option to work remotely one day per month . Manage the administration of all benefit programs including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), life insurance, and disability.
Provide direct support to the HR Manager by assisting with special projects and policy updates relating to HR functions.
Assist with job postings and leading onboarding/orientation for all new hires.
Prepare personnel action forms, employee changes, and other documents pertaining to employment and respond to unemployment compensation claims and request for employment and pay information.
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Human Resources Management, Nonprofit Management, Management or other related fields and at least two years of experience is preferred.
Proficiency in ADP and advanced Excel skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office required, specifically Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

TRAINING REQUIREMENTS
Satisfactory Completion of USCRI’s Orientation and Training.
Complete additional training as identified by supervisor or Human Resources.
Use of manual dexterity, tactile, visual, and audio acuity.
Use of repetitive motion, prolonged periods of sitting and standing, and sustained visual and mental applications and demands.
