Наши программы прошли 50 000+ человек по всему миру Сейчас масштабируемся на глобальный русскоязычный рынок, следующий этап — US / UK / Europe Ищем Head of Growth, который возьмет под контроль ключевые показатели роста и будет системно работать над их улучшением
Задачи отвечать за рост revenue, CAC, ROAS, MER, LTV и конверсий воронки регулярно анализировать показатели, находить узкие места и точки роста строить и масштабировать воронки продаж развивать Meta Ads / Facebook / Instagram как ключевые каналы привлечения тестировать офферы, креативы, лендинги, вебинары и новые связки превращать успешные гипотезы в системные процессы постепенно участвовать в построении международной growth-команды
Требования сильный hands-on опыт в Growth / Performance Marketing глубокое понимание Meta Ads и digital funnels B2C/DTC-кейсы с конкретными цифрами и результатами умение одновременно видеть стратегию и глубоко погружаться в показатели и процессы Важно, чтобы вы мыслили как предприниматель: брали ответственность за результат, держали ключевые метрики под постоянным контролем и понимали, что именно нужно менять, чтобы бизнес рос быстрее и предсказуемее. Свободный русский + уверенный рабочий английский Будет плюсом: Опыт в Health / Wellness / Nutrition / Fitness / EdTech / Digital Health будет большим плюсом
Условия Remote Fractional / part-time на старте → возможность вырасти в полноценного Head of Growth €2,500-4,500/month + бонус KPI (% от продаж)
