Conduct thorough evaluations of patients to determine their physical therapy needs, developing individualized treatment plans that align with physician recommendations and best practices.

Administer high-quality treatments, employing exercises, manual therapy, and modalities designed to alleviate pain and restore function.

Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team, ensuring that all relevant health professionals are informed of a patient's status and needs to facilitate comprehensive care.

Document patient progress meticulously, adjusting treatment strategies as needed to meet evolving rehabilitation goals.

Prioritize preventative care by educating patients on maintaining their health and managing potential setbacks.

At High Level Rehab & Therapy Clinic, we concentrate on outpatient orthopedic rehabilitation, treating patients with a diverse range of injuries and conditions. Our caseload includes individuals recovering from surgeries, trauma, and chronic pain issues. A Bachelor's or Master's Degree from an accredited physical therapy program.

A valid Physical Therapy license for the state of Florida.

A minimum of three years of hands-on experience in an outpatient setting, highlighting expertise in orthopedic rehabilitation.

Mandatory certifications in First Aid, AED, and CPR, ensuring safe and effective clinical operations.

Proficiency in office software and electronic health records (EHR) systems to maintain accurate patient documentation.

Candidate preference will be provided to those with specialized training or certifications in modalities such as dry needling, manual therapy techniques, or sports rehabilitation. Experience with evidence-based practice models and data-driven care is highly beneficial.

This full-time position offers a competitive salary in the range of USD 90,000 to 120,000 per year, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
