Physical Therapist - Therapy - Full-Time

Body Flow Physical Therapy, Inc. is seeking a dedicated and skilled Orthopedic Physical Therapist to join our team in Sunnyvale, California. This role will be conducted onsite at our modern rehabilitation center, equipped with the latest therapeutic tools and technologies. You will work alongside a team of licensed physical therapists and support staff in a dynamic, positive environment that values innovation and teamwork.

Evaluate patient needs and develop individualized care plans based on assessment findings and clinical guidelines.

Administer physical therapy treatments utilizing various modalities, manual techniques, and therapeutic exercises.

Instruct and assist patients with functional activities, including bed mobility, transfers, gait training, and balance exercises to enhance their independence.

Monitor patient progress closely before, during, and after therapy sessions and provide feedback to the supervising physical therapist.

Provide education to patients and their families regarding home exercise programs and post-treatment care plans.

Assist in mentoring and training junior staff or interns, contributing to the professional development of the team.

Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service quality and patient outcomes.

Our primary client population includes individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, and chronic musculoskeletal conditions. You will work with diverse patients, including adolescents, adults, and seniors, helping them regain strength and functionality. Your efforts will directly contribute to their rehabilitation journey and overall health improvement.

Must be a graduate of a CAPTE-Accredited Physical Therapist Assistant Program, possessing a strong foundation in physical therapy principles.

Current California PTA License and AAS PTA Degree are required to practice in our facility.

A minimum of two years of experience in orthopedic physical therapy is preferred but not mandatory.

Experience in utilizing advanced therapeutic modalities and rehabilitation technologies.
