Work Environment

You will work onsite at our state-of-the-art Rehabilitation Center, designed to promote healing and recovery. The clinic operates from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, enabling a structured work environment that prioritizes work-life balance while serving a diverse clientele.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of new patients, including the assessment of physical conditions, mobility, and underlying issues affecting their rehabilitation process.
• Develop, implement, and modify individualized treatment plans based on each patient's unique needs, goals, and progress, ensuring ongoing adjustments to maximize recovery.
• Provide hands-on therapy techniques such as manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modality applications to improve patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care using WebPT, ensuring compliance with state regulations and organizational standards.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team, including physicians, occupational therapists, and other professionals, to optimize patient care and outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clinic accommodates a wide range of patients primarily dealing with orthopedic conditions such as sports injuries, post-surgical rehabilitation, chronic pain, and other mobility impairments. You will work closely with individuals at different stages of their recovery, tailoring your approach to suit varied ages and levels of physical ability.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program is required.
• Possession of an active California Physical Therapist license or eligibility to obtain one is essential for the role.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to develop creative solutions for complex challenges in rehabilitation.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, fostering a positive and engaging environment for patients during their recovery.

Preferred Experience

While a minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting is required, candidates with a background in orthopedic outpatient therapy and familiarity with innovative treatment modalities will be given preference. Experience using electronic health records systems, specifically WebPT, is advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from $120,000 to $130,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
