Work Environment

Our standard work hours are Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, allowing for a stable work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide individualized one-on-one therapy sessions, effectively treating 1–2 patients per hour to ensure quality care and focus.
• Leverage a variety of evidence-based techniques to facilitate movement enhancement and effective pain management tailored to each patient's needs.
• Regularly assess patient progress and adapt treatment plans accordingly, ensuring optimal clinical outcomes.
• Utilize WebPT for thorough documentation of patient care and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance treatment effectiveness.
• Educate patients on physical therapy practices, prevention strategies, and self-management techniques to empower them in their recovery process.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our primary focus is on orthopedic conditions, including post-operative rehabilitation, sports injuries, and chronic pain management. You will work with a diverse patient demographic, including athletes seeking recovery, seniors navigating age-related mobility issues, and individuals rehabilitating from surgeries. Your role will be pivotal in fostering relationships with patients, helping them navigate their unique recovery journeys.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Active license to practice as a Physical Therapist in California or eligibility to obtain one.
• Proven strong problem-solving skills and a patient-centered approach to care.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills that promote patient engagement and collaboration.

Preferred Experience

• At least 2 years of relevant experience in physical therapy, with a focus on orthopedic conditions.
• Experience using electronic medical record systems, specifically WebPT , is preferred.
• Demonstrated commitment to ongoing education and professional development in the field of physical therapy.

Compensation and Benefits
