Key Responsibilities

• Conduct initial assessments to evaluate patients' physical abilities and limitations, and develop customized treatment plans to address their specific needs.
• Implement a range of evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including manual therapy, exercise prescriptions, and modalities such as ultrasound and electrical stimulation.
• Monitor and document patient progress in WebPT, ensuring that all records are accurate and up-to-date, facilitating communication among team members.
• Educate and empower patients by providing them with knowledge about their conditions and teaching them exercises and movements to perform outside of therapy sessions.
• Engage in regular team meetings to discuss patient progress and adapt rehabilitation strategies as needed, fostering an environment of continuous improvement.

Patient Population / Client Focus

We primarily serve an orthopedic outpatient population consisting of individuals recovering from surgeries, sports injuries, and chronic pain problems. Our diverse clientele includes active adults, seniors, and athletes, each requiring specialized care and attention. Qualifications

• Must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• An active California Physical Therapist license or eligibility to obtain this license is necessary.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in an outpatient orthopedic setting is preferred, demonstrating a successful track record of managing complex cases.
• Experience with electronic medical records systems, particularly WebPT, to streamline documentation and enhance communication with healthcare teams.
• Continuing education in orthopedic rehabilitation techniques or specialized certifications, such as Manual Therapy or Dry Needling, is highly regarded.

Compensation and Benefits

The successful candidate will receive a competitive annual salary ranging between $120,000 and $130,000, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package.
