Millennium Home Care, a leading provider of in-home healthcare services, is looking for dedicated PRN Physical Therapists to join our team. Implement a variety of therapeutic techniques, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and gait training to improve patients' mobility, strength, balance, and pain management.

Functional Training: Assist patients in developing compensatory strategies, adaptive techniques, and assistive device training to enhance their independence in activities of daily living.

Educate patients and their families on proper body mechanics, home exercise programs, and injury prevention strategies to promote long-term health and well-being.

Collaboration: Work collaboratively with physicians, nurses, occupational therapists, and other healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive care plans and ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Compliance: Adhere to all relevant regulatory standards and guidelines, including HIPAA and Medicare regulations.

Current and valid Physical Therapist license in the state of Florida.

Experience: Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience as a Physical Therapist, preferably in a home health or a related setting.

Skills: Strong clinical skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, and a patient-centered approach to care.
