This full-time position offers the flexibility of working remotely within Reno, Nevada. As an outpatient practice, our counselors primarily handle cases through telehealth while also having the option to meet clients in person when necessary. Key Responsibilities\n

  Provide personalized therapy by implementing tailored treatment strategies that address the unique needs of each client.

  Conduct thorough initial assessments, evaluations, and ongoing progress reviews to ensure effective treatment planning.

  Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy to effectively facilitate sessions with individuals, couples, and groups.

  Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to promote comprehensive care for clients, ensuring that all aspects of their mental health and wellness are addressed collaboratively.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will encompass working with a diverse patient demographic, including both adult and adolescent clients who are navigating various mental health challenges. The focus will be on providing compassionate care tailored to each individual’s or group’s needs, which may include therapy for issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties.

Qualifications\n

• Possess an active and unrestricted license as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in the state of Nevada.

• Hold a Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.

• Demonstrate a minimum of two years of experience in a counseling role, preferably within a clinical setting.

• Exhibit proficiency in working with adult and/or child and adolescent populations.

Preferred Experience\n
