Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Sail Future Psychiatry Center, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough clinical assessments to identify patient mental health needs and developing individualized treatment plans tailored to their goals.

• Providing psychotherapy services employing various evidence-based modalities, such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), depending on patient requirements.

• Maintaining detailed clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations and institutional policies, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

• Collaborating effectively with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care and refined treatment strategies for each patient.

• Participating in case reviews and peer consultation meetings to continually enhance the quality of care provided and share insights with colleagues.

• Offering education and resources to patients and their families about mental health, treatment processes, and available community support.

• Staying informed about the latest research in mental health practices, integrating newfound knowledge into your therapeutic approach for enhanced patient outcomes.

• Managing a caseload of patients, monitoring progress toward treatment goals, and ensuring timely interventions while adhering to the ethics and standards set by the National Association of Social Workers (NASW).

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 83,000 to USD 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Additionally, our benefits package includes:
