Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a caseload of clients, establishing rapport and maintaining professional relationships while upholding ethical standards.

• Conduct regular sessions to review client progress and discuss upcoming appointments, ensuring an empathetic and client-centered approach to discharge planning.

• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans that address the specific needs and goals of each client.

• Maintain meticulous documentation and progress notes for all clients, ensuring compliance with organizational standards and legal requirements.

• Perform comprehensive intake assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health needs and formulate effective service plans.

• Participate in individual supervision and professional development opportunities to enhance therapeutic skills and knowledge.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and other healthcare providers to ensure holistic care for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily focuses on serving a diverse outpatient population, including individuals from various age groups and backgrounds. Counselors will address a spectrum of mental health issues and guide clients through personal challenges, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic practices tailored to their unique circumstances. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field.

• Current and unrestricted Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) licensure.

• At least one year of direct clinical experience in an outpatient setting post-graduation.

• Proficiency in using various computer systems, including but not limited to RMS Systems, Outlook, and Excel spreadsheets.
