As a remote position within our telehealth facility, the LCPC will have the flexibility to provide services from a home office while engaging with clients via virtual platforms. Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LCPC will work with a diverse clientele, including adults, children, and families, who may present a variety of mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field.

• Active and unrestricted license as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC).

• At least one year of post-graduate experience in a clinical outpatient setting.

• Proficiency in using technology for documentation and client management, including familiarity with tools such as Microsoft Excel, RMS systems, and PIMSY.

• Skilled in conducting intake assessments and providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Blue Pearl Psychiatry offers a competitive salary range of USD 75,000 to 90,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications. Our fee-for-service model ensures guaranteed rates paid in advance of collections, eliminating wait times for reimbursement. Additional benefits include:
