This role is primarily remote, utilizing telehealth platforms to connect with clients and deliver high-quality therapy. While telemedicine will be your main mode of delivering care, you may also have opportunities for in-person interactions, creating a hybrid working experience. Key Responsibilities\n

• Develop individualized therapy strategies and conduct comprehensive client assessments to address their specific mental health needs.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to diverse groups, including individuals, couples, and families, utilizing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused techniques.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with ethical and legal standards to safeguard both client confidentiality and your professional accountability.

• Engage in multidisciplinary team meetings to collaborate on holistic care plans that cater to the diverse needs of clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Healing Springs Psychiatry Center offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 110,000 based on experience and qualifications, along with a performance-based bonus structure.
