Work Environment

Our rehabilitation facility is designed to facilitate an optimal healing environment for our patients. The atmosphere is collaborative and supportive, enriched by team synergy and continuous professional development. Work hours are from Monday to Friday, specifically between 2 PM and 8 PM, allowing for a balanced work-life dynamic. Your role will be entirely onsite, fostering direct, meaningful interaction with our colleagues and patients alike.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete process of therapeutic care for a designated group of patients in collaboration with physicians and the multidisciplinary care team.
• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, developing and implementing individualized care plans aimed at achieving therapeutic goals and enhancing patient engagement.
• Administer direct physical therapy interventions, ensuring alignment with established standards of practice and ethical guidelines.
• Utilize evidence-based methodologies to evaluate and determine therapeutic/rehabilitative needs, actively contributing to the overall care plan.
• Provide skilled therapeutic care in patients' homes as required, applying appropriate techniques and procedures that align with the physician's care plan.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on therapeutic techniques, exercises, and the use of appliances or devices to ensure continuity of care outside therapy sessions.
• Prioritize and manage your caseload effectively, coordinating staffing and patient hand-offs to optimize care delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a varied demographic, including patients recovering from surgeries, rehabilitation needs, and chronic pain management. Your interactions will span both pediatric and adult populations, requiring adaptability and a customized approach to each patient's unique therapeutic journey.

Qualifications

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• A Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree is required.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) Certification must be obtained within 30 days of starting employment.

Preferred Experience

• No prior experience is required to apply. However, a passion for patient care and a commitment to professional growth will set candidates apart.
• Experience in orthopedic therapy or completion of clinical internships in relevant settings is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges from USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, which is complemented by a comprehensive benefits package.
