Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of individuals to understand their mental health concerns and develop personalized treatment plans that outline clear therapeutic goals.

• Provide one-on-one counseling sessions as well as group therapy, engaging clients through evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy.

• Maintain accurate records of client sessions, progress notes, and treatment plans in a secure electronic health record (EHR) system to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and health coaches, to enhance the quality of care and address the diverse needs of clients.

• Adhere to ethical practices and maintain confidentiality of client information to foster safety and trust in the therapeutic environment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LPC will work with a diverse client population, including children, adolescents, adults, and families coping with various challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and adjustment disorders. Our goal is to provide culturally competent care that respects and acknowledges each client's individual background and experiences.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a closely related field from an accredited institution.

• Active and unrestricted state licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor in Texas.

• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a counseling or therapeutic setting.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills necessary for building rapport with clients and collaborating with colleagues.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience working within a community health setting or with underserved populations is highly desirable.

• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and telehealth technologies.

• Proficiency in therapeutic modalities tailored to anxiety management, trauma-informed care, and family dynamics.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this position is competitive, with an annual salary range of USD 80,000 to USD 90,000, commensurate with experience. In addition to salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including:
