Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mood disorder symptoms, determining severity, frequency, and duration.

• Collaborate closely with clients to develop individualized treatment plans that align with their specific needs, goals, and preferences, incorporating techniques from both Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Facilitate evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including individual and group therapy sessions, making data-driven adjustments to treatment plans as necessary based on client feedback and progress.

• Educate clients and their families on mood disorders, treatment options, and effective self-care strategies, fostering a supportive and understanding environment around mental health.

• Monitor client progress through regular follow-up sessions and adjust treatment plans as appropriate, in collaboration with our integrated health team.

• Stay informed on the latest research developments related to mood disorders, utilizing evidence-based practices to enhance the therapeutic experience.

• Maintain detailed and confidential documentation of client interactions, assessments, and treatment plans in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Doctor of Psychology (PsyD), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Texas.

• Demonstrated expertise in evidence-based treatment methodologies, particularly CBT and DBT.

• Strong foundational knowledge in psychopharmacology, enabling effective collaboration with psychiatrists and medical personnel.

• A history of successful client outcomes in treating mood disorders, showcasing a results-oriented approach.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.

Compensation and Benefits\n
