Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions, assessing client histories and developing personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients and other mental health professionals.

• Facilitate therapeutic meetings and participate as a member of the credentialing committee to ensure quality care practices.

• Evaluate and implement appropriate therapy interventions while monitoring client progress through continuous assessment and documentation in our approved electronic health record system.

• Consult regularly with the Clinical Director to discuss program improvements and therapeutic strategies that optimize patient outcomes.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary treatment teams to facilitate comprehensive treatment plans that enhance client care.

• Document the effectiveness of therapeutic interventions and adjust treatment plans based on measurable client responses.

• Engage in other applicable responsibilities as assigned to support our clinic’s mission and goals.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range between $110,000 to $130,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
