Business Development Center (BDC) RepresentativeJoe Lunghamer Chevrolet | Waterford, MI

Are you a people person who enjoys helping others and thrives in a fast-paced environment? Joe Lunghamer Chevrolet is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Business Development Center (BDC) Representative to join our growing team.

As a BDC Representative, you will be the first point of contact for many of our customers. Your role is critical in creating a positive customer experience, generating appointments, and helping connect customers with the right sales professional. If you enjoy building relationships, communicating with people, and being part of a winning team, we'd love to talk with you.

What You'll Do:

• Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, text, and online chat

• Follow up with internet leads and customer inquiries promptly

• Build rapport with customers and gather information about their vehicle needs

• Schedule and confirm appointments for our sales team

• Maintain accurate customer records in our CRM system

• Work closely with management and sales staff to help drive dealership success

• Deliver an exceptional customer experience with every interaction

What We're Looking For:

• Previous customer service, call center, retail, hospitality, or sales experience preferred

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic

• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment

• Basic computer skills and willingness to learn dealership software and CRM systems

• Team player with a customer-first mindset
