About the Role
The Company is in search of a Vice President, Human Resources to take on a pivotal role in leading the execution of the global people agenda. This senior leadership position involves partnering directly with the CEO and overseeing HR operations and people programs across North America, EMEA, and APAC. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and developing a globally distributed HR team, driving excellence in employee relations, performance management, and HR operations, and ensuring compliance. Collaboration with senior leaders, particularly in the areas of workforce planning, talent decisions, and organizational effectiveness, is a key aspect of the role. The ideal candidate should have a background in software, SaaS, or technology organizations, with a focus on high-growth business environments. To excel in this role, candidates must have a minimum of 10 years' progressive HR leadership experience, with a strong emphasis on HR operations, employee relations, and performance management. Experience in leading and developing HR teams, as well as the ability to influence senior stakeholders and make sound business-oriented decisions, is essential. The role requires a professional with a background in globally distributed organizations, exposure to high-growth business environments, and the ability to operate independently in a dynamic business setting. Strong communication skills, executive presence, and the ability to leverage people data for process improvement are also necessary. The Vice President, Human Resources will be a key player in the company's commitment to innovation, precision, and partnership in the investment data space, and will have the opportunity to make a significant impact in a dynamic, international organization.
