Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' physical conditions and needs through comprehensive assessments.
• Develop customized treatment plans utilizing a variety of therapeutic techniques, including exercises, manual therapy, and modalities aimed at pain relief and mobility enhancement.
• Effectively track patient progress through accurate documentation and reporting to ensure continuous assessment and adjustment of therapy goals.
• Engage in reevaluation of treatment strategies as required to address any changes in the patient's condition and recommend additional services or interventions.
• Guide and educate patients, families, and caregivers on the appropriate use of assistive devices and self-care techniques to foster independence.
• Stay current with industry developments by attending educational workshops, participating in professional organizations, and maintaining licensure in compliance with state requirements.
• Actively participate in team meetings to share insights on patient care and contribute to overall clinical decision-making.
