Work Environment

This role is performed onsite at our modern outpatient office in The Villages, a vibrant community known for its beautiful scenery and supportive atmosphere. As a full-time employee, you will work a structured schedule of 40 hours per week, with variable weekends as needed. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients to evaluate their functional limitations and develop effective treatment plans based on their specific needs.
• Provide expert consultation to healthcare providers regarding each patient's continuum of care and necessary adjustments to treatment protocols.
• Maintain compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and professional standards while ensuring accurate documentation of treatments, evaluations, and patient progress.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians and referral sources, to optimize patient care through consistent communication.
• Engage in community outreach initiatives, quality improvement processes, and program development to further enhance the services we provide.
• Supervise and mentor assigned support staff and students, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
• Participate actively in staff meetings and pursue ongoing professional development through continuing education and in-service training.

Qualifications
